What's the budget? And what's the prize dor?

Low budget: Framed aerial photo of the campus. Signed by VC, PVC and so
on.
Mid budget: Balloon/plane/helicopter flight over Canterbury. Take your
own aerial photos.
Hi budget: Virgin Space ride. Take *serious* aerial photos.
