[kent-grads] Duplicate Emails

The duplicate emails that appeared to come from my account today were in 
fact caused by someone else on the mailing list with a badly configured 
or broken mailbox. I contacted the Computing Service at Kent and they 
eventually removed the problem email address from the mailing list which 
stopped the duplicates being sent.

I did ask the Computing Service to send an explanation to the list but 
they have failed to do so, so consequently I am doing it myself.

If you have any further problems with the kent-grads mailing list, you 
should probably address them to the Computing Service helpdesk - email 
helpdesk@xxxxxxxxxx or phone 01227 823847 (x3847). If you have queries 
regarding today's issue, please quote the reference number 
000000000076462. Please do not express your frustration back to the list 
or the person apparently causing the problem as this usually just causes 
more emails and more hassle for everyone.
